Kevin Smith - Director of Standfast Asia
Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of International Relations and Asian Politics at the University of Queensland. Describing himself as an “old hand” in Asia, Kevin has lived and worked in the region for over 25 years, including stints in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore. While working for a large American multinational, he actively promoted Australian business activities and was President of the Australian Thai Chamber of Commerce.
He retains a number of business interests in Asia and lectures and tutors in International relations at the University of Queensland.
