In recent years, Martin held an executive position as National Fleet Operations Manager for Shell Direct, the distribution arm of Shell Co of Australia.

Anna Baxter - Internal Sales & Marketing AdminstratorAnna joined Standfast Corporation in October 2005 as the Internal Sales & Marketing Administrator. In September 2007, Anna took on the role of Office Manager/ Bookkeeper. Anna started in Administration in 2003 through a Traineeship with Sarina Russo Schools | Australia where she received a Certificate III in Business Administration.

  

  

Neale Pitkin - Business Development Manager

Neale Pitkin - Business Development ManagerNeale has extensive knowledge of all aspects of business management and business development, previously holding positions with an international security company, a major oil & gas company based in Texas, a civil engineering and mining company, and several Australian retailers. Neale also has experience in teaching and training and he uses these skills daily to assist customers with product related questions and training requirements.

In a career spanning more than twenty years, Neale has assisted a wide range of corporate and Government clients with issues ranging from crisis management and disaster recovery to workplace health and safety and environmental issues.

Neale's drive and enthusiasm for the organisation and its products has seen Standfast's client base expand significantly in recent years and he has helped position the organisation for strong growth into the future

 

  

  

John Andony - State Manager - WA, SA, NT

John AndonyJohn Andony has worked in the Petrochemical / Mining industries both offshore and onshore; more recently he was a Divisional Manager for a large Road Transport manufacturing business in Perth. John has been involved with OH&S implementation and development with previous companies and was appointed Safety Coordinator for an emergency response team for the WA Petrochemical Road Tanker Industry. John brings with him, a vast amount of experience from the trade of Boilermaker/Welder through to senior management during his 20 years within the Transport industry.

 

Darren Goode - Sales Account Manager

Darren Goode - Sales Account ManagerDarren Goode has over 17 years of experience in the road transport industry spending the last 9 years as the Regional Sales Manager for Hendrickson Asia Pacific where he specialized in suspension, customer support, training. Darren joined the Standfast Team in January 2006 as a Sales Account Manager where he will promote TRAM and other Standfast products to prospective markets

 

Stephen McCrohon B.Prof Stud Cert 4 WT Dip WD - Operations & Training Manager

Stephen McCrohon B.Prof Stud Cert 4 WT Dip WD - Operations & Training ManagerSteve holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of New England and qualifications in Human and Physical Resource Management, Training Development, and Resource and Personnel Management. He Graduated from the Officer Cadet School, Portsea in 1982 and was awarded a Commendation for Service to Training and Operations from the Director General (Defence) in November 2002.

Steve joined Standfast in January 2004 and was previously Principal Project Officer with the QLD Government’s Office of the Assistant Director-General, Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy. Steve served as an Officer in the Royal Australian Regiment for 25 years and brings to Standfast diverse experience in managing businesses, facilitating organisational management and training in Australia and Overseas at all levels up to and including Senior Management appointments. He is highly skilled with proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures in culturally diverse regions and in identifying appropriate strategies and courses of action to improve organisational effectiveness.
